Job description
The role is an integral part of the account planning and delivery support strategy. The Service Delivery Manager helps to ensure quality of service and manages costs of delivery by looking at better ways to provide service in a cost efficient manner.
The Service Delivery Manager will:
· monitor and manage Service Level performance on assigned account(s) and reports attainment and potential exposures in a timely manner
· drive/manage service quality and improvement of service delivery processes
· manage delivering to contract performance standards and client measurements
· manage resources utilization on projects
· continually identify ways to reduce cost delivering the services and improve service
· assure quality standards
· resource deployment
· people management
· understand customer requirements and business opportunity/requirements identification, guidance, support and closure
· provide account leadership/direction and technical support
· business development overall.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· At least 3 years experience in Project Management
· At least 2 years experience in IT Consulting and Development
· IT background and experience
