Job description
Would you like to lead people in the future? This is a starting point for you to get some experience.
You will be responsible for a database with incident tickets. When a customer has a problem, he/she creates a ticket and sends it to us. Your task is to check the ticket, evaluate it and assign it to the correct team. After you assign the ticket, you will check with the team if the problem is solved on time. In case the team isn't able to meet the deadline, your responsibility is also to ask for extension.
Where can you grow?
You can continue as Project Office Coordinator, Project Manager, or you could become a Team Leader. If you're interested in IT field, you might become an IT specialist.
Our requirements:
· Good level of English –spoken, written
· Good orientation in Excel (Pivot tables, basic functions (VLOOKUP, filters, Concatenate, If statements, etc.)
· Organizational skills
· Eye for detail
· Good communication skills
