Security Speciality Representative – Digital Sales

Job description

Representative will be responsible to leading IBM Security sales activities, which will include the management of whole sales process.
·  Lead and determine the short and mid term business activities, managing the whole sales process in smooth cooperation with IBM BP/ISVs.
·  Generate and strengthen our accounts coverage and work with extended teams to sell IBM Security portfolio.
·  Manage the sales initiatives and achieve sales success
·  Work closely with pre-sales team to provide solution with client values
·  Establish a sustainable business relation with key customers. You will be responsible for selling IBM security software products and solutions to customers in an assigned territory or industry segment. Includes understanding clients' needs and providing software solutions which will contribute to their success. A comprehensive understanding of the IBM security portfolio and the competitive landscape is needed.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  At least 3 years experience in Security Software Sales
·  Environment: Professional knowledge related to incumbent's function/business unit and its processes.
·  Communication/Negotiation: Advise other professionals. Effectively utilize group dynamics. Negotiate to define approaches and goals.
·  Problem Solving: Recognize complex problems related to functional objectives. Analyze situations and implement solutions, or develop new system elements, procedures or processes.
