Job description
The role comprises of assisting the Digital Sales Team with daily sales administration activities.
Responsibilities:
· Processing a high volume of requests
· Processing invoices for all sales transactions
· Checking prices and contracts are up to date
· Reporting sales results to the sales team
· Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives
· Taking phone calls from IBM Stakeholders and customers
· Communicating internally important feedback from relevant parties
· Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails
· Providing concise and accurate information on deals internally. Requirements:
· Not afraid to take responsibility with a "can do", problem solving attitude
· High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of deals at the same time
· Ability to prioritise own workload
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
· An administrative or sales background
· Must be detail oriented
· Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
