Are you interested in becoming part of highly effective global team that drives IBM thought leadership and strategy on real estate for internal and external audiences as well as enhancing the IBM brand? The Real Estate Strategy and Operations (RESO) team manages the global IBM Real Estate Portfolio which includes 1,400 locations and 78 million square feet worldwide, made up of Office, Data Center, Manufacturing, Development and Lab space. The cross-functional team is comprised of highly skilled professionals in engineering, finance, business controls, project management, IT, architecture, design, environmental, energy, operations and facilities management. As business enablers and advisors, we collaborate to drive client solutions and enhance the IBM workplace experience and reinforce culture.

Focus: Architecture / Design / Engineering. Opportunity to collaborate on IBM's design strategy and implementation. Position would involve working on continuing evolution of IBM's office design approach, collaborating with global teams on project design reviews and working with other IBM organizations and external partners on special studies involving workplace standards and design alternatives.
