The Project Manager is responsible for the following:

·  Manage the program throughout the SDLC process of new demand and enhancement in ETL, Big data and analytics layers.
·  Manage ETL and Big Data( Data lake) Projects from delivery and financial perspective, and own overall responsibility for the success of projects with respect to:
·  Contractual matters,
·  Availability of requisite resources and infrastructure
·  Customer satisfaction
·  Business Objectives
·  Quality of deliverables and support
·  Meet with business/user groups to understand the requirement for new Transformation Projects, and prepare ballpark estimate along with Tech leads.
·  Lead the effort along with architects to develop and deliver the data architecture plan for the multiple data warehouses and data marts associated with the Big Data projects.
·  Control delivery management processes and ensure adherence to all project management processes and activities.
·  Manage project cost and recovery processes, help PMO to submit payment and billing schedules, cost and revenue forecast.
·  Manage project scope, estimation, acceptance criterion, assumptions constraints and finalize Document of Understanding.
·  Achieve contract Service Level Agreements and agreed Service Level Objectives.
·  Achieve agreed account satisfaction targets and participate in the customer satisfaction process to drive improvements in service quality.
·  Manage Account procurement and supplier relationship functions
·  Manage problems and changes according to contracted SLAs/SLOs, and BENEFITS
