Project Administrator - Financial Contract Support

As a Project Administrator, some of the key responsibilities/capabilities are:

·  Analyst for Planning and Performance for all Lines of Business
·  Pulling and analyzing SAP data (CAPEX and OPEX)
·  Working with Project Managers to give guidance on project financials.
·  Land cost of project in corresponding Project ID to properly account for real financial spent for projects.
·  Review variance and close gap to reach the committed +/- 10% variance.
·  Work with Portfolio Leads on day to day activity.
·  Work with various vendors to receive invoices and have them approved by resource's manager.
·  Provide training to new Project Manager on tools and governance in place to proper execute projects.
·  Request Project ID to be created by Fixed Asset team
