As an Net Promoter Score (NPS) Program Leader, you will apply consultative, research and analytical skills, innovation, and collaboration to lead a Net Promoter Score (NPS) program.
NPS Program Leaders work with internal business stakeholders, CIO team, external vendor and MD&I colleagues to understand business requirements, design approaches, and lead platform implementations, ongoing execution and enhancements.
NPS program leader responsibilities include:
· Manage all aspects of platform design, implementation, on-going execution and scope expansion to enable real-time feedback and insights\
· Provide guidance and consultative Points of View to Leadership teams and NPS Champions
· Identify and promote platform enhancements which enrich touch points and overall NPS program
· Work with stakeholders to drive significant yty survey volume growth and implement NPS roadmap actions
· Assist in NPS Steering Committee review content and preparation
· Partner with leadership teams on NPS enablement to promote awareness and grow platform adoption
· Work with MD&I colleagues and stakeholders to uncover insights that drive actions to improve Client Experience
· Address NPS ad hoc requests
Skills and Attributes
The successful candidate will have hands-on skills in client research, end-to-end project planning, communications, negotiations, problem solving and consultative thinking.
· Have experience as a consultant for Client or market research, interacting with stakeholders to understand business requirements, developing research solutions, managing research projects, interpreting results, and presenting recommendations to enable action.
· Have demonstrated the ability to establish priorities for multiple research based solutions and programs in collaboration with colleagues and business leaders.
· Have experience managing vendors and internal clients to produce agreed-upon project schedules and deliverables within resource and budget parameters.
· Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Have excellent communication skills, verbal and in writing, in English; able to independently interact with executive leaders.
· Be able to anticipate and respond to changes and trends, assess their impact, and recommend actions.
· Be self-motivated and able to operate independently with limited guidance and direction. This position will be located in New York City (preferred) or Armonk, NY.
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Degree in either a social science or quantitative discipline
· 3+ years of experience as a research professional in a market research or market intelligence business setting, including experience performing consultative research design, research vendor management, and executive level communications
· Basic Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and collaboration tool skills
· References required
