Job description
The Process Engineer with 2-5 years previous experience will enjoy the opportunity to join a growing team of Consultants in IBM Services. Ideally this Process Engineer candidate comes from a technical or business background, however we're open to speaking with all business analysts that are rich in experience and other industry exposure.
The successful Process Engineer will need the ability to manage and produce clear and qualified requirements from undefined and unstructured information as well as showing a proven ability to review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommend solutions, As-IS & To-Be, user journeys, process maps and requirements documentation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Works with business to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes
Work with business and technical teams to support the development of Technical Requirements
Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs
Gathers, documents, information, requirements and analyses business needs and consolidate requirements
Work with business and technical teams, both on site and off-shore, to create business deliverables such as Process Maps, Business Requirements, Functional Requirements (including Use cases), User Stories and User Acceptance Tests
Participate in workshops with business stakeholders to develop requirements
Work closely with business, development , project management and quality assurance teams in the overall delivery of solutions

Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, computer science.
3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Excellent communicator.
Strong analytical and data skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a changing and challenging environment and a record of producing high quality deliverable against an aggressive schedule.
