Job description

Oracle Configuration Analyst position is responsible for release management for an agile environment / Sprint (Build & deployment of code, functional and technical configurations / BR100's into multiple environments / Sync the Instances) duties on a small, dedicated team operating within a DHS Oracle EBS application environment. You should possess solid working knowledge of commonly used concepts, best practices, and procedures within configuration management. The position will also document, and track software deployment defects and support engineers to resolve outstanding issues.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) clearance.
·  Successful Implementation experience in Oracle Federal Financials (EBS) R12.2.X Projects.
·  Functional and Technical knowledge in Oracle Federal Financials.
·  Experience using RTC and Config Snapshot tools.
·  Assist with deployment of functional setups via LDT (Loader Data) Builds.
·  Experience in ITSM Methodology with strong knowledge on Change management, Release management and configuration management.
·  Apply and validate BR100 ‘s in designated instances.
·  Perform back-end queries to validate BR100 CR setup.Ability to fix errors with the BR100 doc work with the respective teams.
·  Manage communication with impacted team on requirements definition and implementation.
