Job description

The O&M and Functional Support Lead supports user needs and full life cycle software development for .NET-based applications for a mission-critical TSA program. The O&M and Functional Lead supports .NET applications with a focus on cloud-modernization, performance improvement, and innovation that enables TSA to meet evolving transportation security threats.
Job Duty 1 – (50% of time) – Provide O&M support for mission-critical TSA .NET applications
Job Duty 2 – (30% of time) – Perform application functional testing, troubleshooting, and bug resolution
Job Duty 3 – (10% of time) – Support backlog grooming
Job Duty 4 – (10% of time) – Coordinate with Tier 1 support to triage and resolve end user issues

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Experience providing O&M and functional support for .NET web-based applications with the Microsoft Stack
·  Flexibility to work with members of agile teams to support the entire SW delivery cycle with a focus on backlog grooming, O&M support, and functional testing
·  2+ years experience with Tier 2/3 support and resolving issues that cannot be addressed by Tier 1 support
·  Security Clearance : Active MBI
