Talent Strategy and Operations Professional
Amsterdam (Montgomery) HR / Training
Job description
IBM Marketing is where strategic thinking, an agile mindset, and innovative digital technology are applied to create exceptional campaigns and customized client experiences. This dynamic organization is looking for Talent Professionals to drive transformation and ensure the team is positioned for success.
Talent Strategy and Operations Professionals will primarily be responsible for creating and executing recruiting strategies that generate a pipeline of top talent to meet the needs of our Marketing teams. Specifically, they will develop and manage a large scale, multi-site summer intern program and help shape the intern experience. This includes building a robust recruiting strategy and representing IBM at campuses nationwide to promote IBM's brand as top employer for early professionals. Talent Strategy professionals will also have a key role in redesigning the onboarding experience for marketers at all levels and implementing the program at our strategic sites.
Talent Strategy is a growing and dynamic space and provides team members with the ability to contribute to several workstreams outside of recruiting. Members of this team also help drive enablement initiatives so there will be opportunities to participate in learning and professional development workstreams as well as efforts to improve employee engagement.
If you are passionate about talent strategy and looking to join a collaborative and creative team, we want to hear from you!
