Managing Consultant, IBM Corporation, Armonk, New York and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US: Responsible for successful delivery of technical Business Analytics & Strategy solutions. Manage and deliver all phases of a Business Analytics & Optimization / Business Intelligence (BI) solution project. Develop functional/technical solutions. Translate business challenges into process/technical solutions and manage client relationships. Gather requirements from client and business teams. Define process architecture. Create functional and technical documentation and source to target mappings. Code reusable components, write test cases, and support Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) code testing. Lead development team and manage projects. Utilize Data integration tools, dimension modeling, SAP NetWeaver Master Data Management, ETL Tools, DATAWARESHOUSING projects, and Big Data technology / architecture. Required: Master's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Consultant, Software Engineer, or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Data integration tools, dimension modeling, SAP NetWeaver Master Data Management, ETL Tools, DATAWARESHOUSING projects, and Big Data technology / architecture.
