Legal Counsel - Student Position
The position is suitable for students undergoing advanced studies (graduate and above) interested in gaining experience in the legal department of a high-tech company.
·  The IBM Israel legal department is recruiting a legal counsel
·  2-4 Years of commercial - civil law experience
·  Proficiency in English
·  Technology oriented
·  Commercial understanding
·  Ability to work both independently and in a team
·  Local legal license/practice requirements Diverse legal work mainly in the areas of tender law, data protection, commercial law, contract law, labor law etc. as well as providing advisory to the various departments within the company, including procurement, marketing, sales, HR etc.
