ITS Canada - Q2C Professional

Job description

Professional will provide Pre and Post Sales Support for Q2C ITS Canada process which includes accurate and timely contracts review, pricing support, contract registration, billing and dispute management. The role requires understanding of Firm Order Policy and Revenue Recognition principles and their application to ensure correct financial treatment for all transactions.
This role is a fast paced, challenging role working on a team that is committed Agile principles, clients and IBM business success.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Ongoing / Complete Bachelor's Degree
Experience with ITS business, ability to run reports, provide measurements and analytics, deal with excel
