Internship: Information Designer (6 months)

Job description

Embark on an internship with us and gain the opportunity to employ your creativity, communications and information/graphic design skills in creating impactful proposals.

Your Role & Responsibilities
·  Be the key graphics designer for executive summaries and as an overall "graphic artist", working on both visual and narrative levels, breaking content into visually accessible chunks to aid readability and consistency
·  Work proactively within the Quote to Cash Operations Teams in supporting bids, in leading publishing teams and in working on video production softwares
·  Support deal teams to produce clear visual and impactful proposals
·  Work with Sales Reps, Technical Subject Matter Experts and Content Writers to build innovative proposal deliverables by designing graphical elements that summarizes and adding to solution descriptions in areas of Cloud, Security, Big Data, Business Analytics, and Mobility
Required Professional & Technical Expertise:
·  Undergoing university education in information design, graphics design, multi media, videography, animation, journalism, communications, marketing or related fields
·  High proficiency in industry-standard publication, animation software tools, design and documentation development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office
·  Competent in defining, planning and managing design deliverables
·  Good communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and a team worker
·  Ability to cope under tight deadlines, work independently as well as in a team based environment with local, global, and remote team members
·  Familiarity with IT services business terminology will be an advantage
