Job description
IBM Netherlands are looking for an intern to join the HR team.
Your role will have a 50 % focus on our Internship Agency, the other 50 % you will focus on HR.
When joining our team you will learn more about:
· Recruiting students for internship vacancies
· Providing administrative support to several HR depts. like Recruitment, ou Career Center, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Payroll and Separations
· Responding to candidates, managers by phone and mail
· Posting vacancies on our Application Tracking System and Social Media
· Coordinate the onboarding of the interns
· Be the main contact for students, interns, mentors, managers and universities
· Be involved in several recruitment projects
· Application management, you will monitor the hr status candidates are in
· Facilitation of the end-to-end recruitment process
· Design job descriptions and liaise with marketing channels
· Be a subject matter expert on our online recruitment portal
· Update and monitor our online recruitment portal
· Support hiring managers in recruitment activities
· Provide administrative support Our ideal candidate is studying Business, HR, or a similar discipline at MBO level 4 or bachelor´s level. Work experience within recruitment and or administration will be given positive valence. We expect you to be able to work in our Amsterdam office.
