【必須要件】
・直近で、商品やサービス（モバイルアプリ、Webサービスなど）におけるデザイン開発業務に3年以上従事していること、特に ビジュアルデザイン業務経験があり、即戦力として参加できること
・デザインコンセプト立案から、情報デザイン構成、ワイヤーフレーム作成、ビジュアル仕様書作成、アウトプット作成（商品もしくはサービス）の一連の業務フローを経験していること
・デザイン思考や人間中心設計についての知識があること
・クライアントまたは他組織や部門との協議、調整、協業などのコミュニケーション業務経験が
豊富であること

日本語での文書作成、スムーズなコミュニケーションがとれること
英語でコミュニケーションがとれること
