HR Advisor – CC/EDM blended (Fluent Spanish)

Job description

The HR Advisor is an integral part of IBM and HR. In this role you will be part of a team, delivering HR services for an external client of IBM. You'll have a blended role, being responsible for two key activities:
Contact Centre Representative (CC) is the first contact point between the customer employees and the customer's HR Department with HR related queries received through incoming call or email.
Employee Data Management (EDM) is the execution of multiple different transactions in the HR System of our customer, including: New hire administration, personal/company data change, absences, leavers.
