Job description

We are looking for a candidate with knowledge IBM Storage Systems (HW & SW) and how to integrate them with IBM Power Servers and the industry standards
The overall mission for Systems Hardware Lab Services is to deliver technical enablement to our colleagues, business partners and to our clients.

Typical tasks and deliverables you will find:
• Assisting our sales teams with deep technical insight and expert knowledge during the sales phase
• Demonstrating product and solutions capabilities to our clients using live demonstrations or by leading technical Proof of Concepts
• Defining project scope and develop Statement of Work for implementation and integration projects
• Participating actively and/or lead implementation and integration of our technologies into client environments
• Assist or lead Root Cause Analysis or problem resolution during critical post sales situations
• Provide technical enablement and training to the technical community of our colleagues, business partners and clients

We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for working with the latest technologies in the server and storage product ranges, and we are looking for self-motivated people who are focused and dedicated to:
