Job description

Liderar os esforços da equipe da folha de pagamento enquanto eles executam os processos diários da folha de pagamento e garantir que as responsabilidades de BPO e os SLAs sejam sempre cumpridos;

Identificar, propor e participar de novas implementações e melhorias relacionadas ao projeto, contribuindo para otimizar processos;

Gerar os KPI´s mensais e identificar pontos de melhorias na operação de folha de pagamento
Experiência em operações de BPO para grandes empresas
Hands on
