IBM's Tech Re-Entry program is looking for talented technical professionals who are looking to restart their careers after an absence from the workforce of two years or more. This paid 6-month returnship will enable you to work on projects that match your expertise, interests and abilities and could lead to full-time employment. During your IBM Tech Re-Entry returnship program, you will have the opportunity to update your skills in a contemporary work environment. You will have access to the latest tools and technologies available and work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to hone your expertise and deliver on client-critical solutions. You'll be able to experience the breadth of IBM resources while developing new skills and relationships.

The IBM Finance and Operations organization is looking for a Tech Re-Entry candidate to join their team as a Business Planning Financial Analyst. This position is located on-site at the IBM office in Armonk, New York.

As a business planning analyst, you will be immersed in the operations of finance and exposed to many aspects of the CFO's organization. Over your six months at IBM, you will gain a unique and in-depth understanding of the business and what makes it work. You will be expected to:
·  work closely with business line leaders and other professionals to analyze and interpret complex data and provide guidance to executive leaders in Finance
·  develop data analytic processes and methods to draw insights from raw information sources, iterate to identify the best solutions and affect change We are looking for people who enjoy collaborating globally, use data analytics to provide actionable insights and have a passion to innovate.
