Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java developer for the development of Rest, Soap interfaces and backend EJB Services. As Java Developer, you are part of a team that will integrate a new service layer on a core banking platform. You take ownership of your development work and ensure top quality. Being familiar with continuous integration and test-driven development is a plus. You are the IT specialist on which the client can count in case of production issues. You are stress resistant, you take initiative and recommend improvements to existing programs.

Requirements
When recruiting for our development team we are keen to see the following skills and experience:
·  Fluent in core Java and have a good understanding of its ecosystem
·  Minimum 2 years experience in Java JEE
·  Knowledge of Frameworks such as junit, struts, JPA
·  Experience in Web Development Technology: jQuery, Angular JS, Angular 2, css3
·  Experience with tools such as InteliJ, Maven, Git
·  Familiar with Windows & Linux environments
·  Experience with Jboss application servers
·  Experience in banking and knowledge of banking products is advantageous
·  Strong analytical skills and a pro-active attitude are required for the job.
·  You must have a logical mindset and enjoying problem solving
·  Ability to work in a team, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
·  Dutch or French is your native language and you are fluent in English
