Job description

Seeking a highly motivated individual as an IBM Technology Support Services (TSS) Project Manager supportingdirectclient-facing interaction & internalinfrastructureclients. Act as a single pointof contactcovering all major IBM and non-IBM service platformsand offerings. Engagement with TSSfield operations and Service Delivery Planning, Sales and Distribution, and Services Project OfficeExecutives. Clear understanding hardware service level attainments, scope,and how to achieve those objectives. Manage 3rdparty externalsuppliers and internal resources from other teams to attain objectives.Ability to perform project administration tasks including external supplier contract and cost management, financial forecasting, and cost frominternal resources. Maintain proper business controls, audit controls and high-level clientsatisfaction adhering to closed-loop-process management. Possess ability to adapt and manage an evolving client situation, critical situations and peak periods of delivery throughout the year. Responsible for performance reporting to clients representing internal teams and external suppliers. Communicate globally with other countries regarding maintenance delivery requirements and impacts on behalf of the US Infrastructure project office.

Ensure business is managed effectively through the knowledge and use of standard TSS cost financial recovery/billing and reviews, delivery service objectives, maintaining document repositories, the U.S call management team and supplier management team.
