Security Enablement Dashboard Report Project Specialist
The project specialist will provide support through the creation and management of an executive dashboard report that compiles seller training and sales performance activity for security sellers worldwide. The candidate admin will compile data feeds from multiple data sources into a unified report (xcel). These reports can come from a variety of sources that contain seller training records and sales performance activity.
The candidate should be skilled in MicroSoft Excel, with a solid understanding of macros and a variety of excel functions to sort, manipulate and manage raw data files. This includes: VLOOKUP, MATCH, Conditional formatting, statistic functions, pivot tables, report generation and an understanding of macros is a strong plus to improve the automation of the dashboard report. A background in object oriented programming, scripting languages and Tableau is a plus.
The candidate should be a self starter and should have good communication skills to interact with various groups and owners of the data feeds to collect the necessary information.
The candidate will be required to access a variety of IBM databases to collect seller information including: SalesConnect, Software Sales Dashboard, and Media Library.
The candidate will work under the direction of the Program Manager in the IBM RTP office (500 complex) to assist in delivering quarterly training and sales performance reports.
Position is based in RTP, NC. Will consider the possibility of working remote if candidate has prior IBM internship experience.
