IBM is looking for experienced Marketing and Communications professionals who are passionate about bringing client stories to life. A Client Case Study project manager leads a team of writers who develop and create compelling content that showcase IBM customers and how they've transformed their business using IBM products, services or solutions.
Responsibilities
· Brainstorm content ideas and deliver a strategy that will achieve the stakeholder's storytelling goal
· Manage, balance and prioritize the workload and schedule for a small team of writers
· Assess asset briefs for readiness to proceed
· Schedule and host kickoff calls with stakeholders and IBM sellers
· Schedule and attend interviews with writers and clients
· Coordinate and follow up on draft reviews with internal and external approvers
· Reconcile conflicting feedback from reviewers for writer implementation
· Track and manage projects to completion
· Ensure high quality and on time delivery of project requirements
· Report outcome metrics for strategic customer engagement
This position will be located in IBM offices in Austin, Texas.
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· 3+ years experience managing Marketing content creation
· Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
· Excellent written communication skills
· Experience with project and content management systems (CMS)
· Sufficient understanding of basic marketing metrics to achieve specific project objectives
· Proficiency in anticipating obstacles and planning appropriate actions to move projects forward
· Aptitude to prioritize and efficiently manage workloads from multiple work streams with deadlines
· Degree in Marketing or closely-related field
