Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Stakeholder management - Confident in dealing with all levels of stakeholders such as: project sponsors, subject matter experts, business managers, end users, administrators, architects, developers, testers, etc
· Leadership – taking responsibility for successful project delivery (along with project/delivery manager), guiding team members in business and requirements knowledge
· Communication skills – verbal and written, in both business and technical languages
· Listening skills – ability to listen well to business and IT teams and understand their needs
· Presentation skills – to business teams and development teams
· Acceptance Criteria – ability to create and agree on a well-defined acceptance criteria in structured languages like Gherkin to ensure the flow in the cycle.
· Compliance and Risk Management: ability to detect and ensure the requirements being raise

· Agile – experience working in Agile environments, looking to deliver value to the customers early and often, and helping the team and the Product Owner to work as an Agile team, the Business Analyst can take the role of Scrum Master as needed.
· Manage change of requirements – via baselining techniques, feature/story management
· Manage traceability of requirements through to test results and delivery
· Facilitation - for meetings, to elicit, clarify, communicate requirements
· Collaboration – able to work with variety of teams esp. Business & technical teams
· Negotiation – ability to manage stakeholder expectations
· Quality Assurance – ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction
· Ability to Prioritize requirements based on business knowledge and common sense
