Job description

The role is to work in Shenzhen, and be a member by remotely & closely work with Japan IBM asset management team in the type of virtual team. The role responsible for:
·  Process hardware asset record registration/change/deletion in database
·  Process disposal/transfer/change of asset record in database
·  Process hardware asset record reconciliation report
·  Process annual asset physical inventory
·  Support Team Leader where possible in additional required activities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Basic skill required:
·  Above 2-3 year related working experience.
·  CET6 with good oral/written English.
·  Excel enhanced functions and formulas
·  SQL skills and experience of databases/system in previous jobs is preferred.
·  VBA in Excel is advantageous
·  Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
·  Ability to multi-task
·  Eye for details Could accept shift work and rotation between Shift 2 and Shift 3
