Job description

- Provide Asset management operations and administration support including :
- deploy machines to internal employees
- Perform asset tracking, inventory capture and handle asset disposal
- Produce asset inventory report and ah-hoc reports as per request
- Provide daily operations and logistic support to Workstation Asset management as per the processes and requirement
- Maintain the accurate asset record update in local system
- Communication with internal for operational discuss, issues, and report /provide the operation result as a focal and associate team leader in China Work Stations Asset Management operations.
- perform regular inventory check and manage the stock in store room
-Co-work with team lead closely to liaise with internal customers to address and resolve the operations issues. Help to address and follow up the escalations as required.
- co-work with internal parties to resolve the compliance/operational issue with urgency and to meet the target

Required Skills

- Excellent co-ordination skill that can demonstrate an ability to coordinate issues within a team business network environment
-Previous experience in dealing directly with clients is desirable as is a proven ability to resolve problems
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English is preferable
- ability to perform multi-tasking with efficiency
- possess attitude of customer service oriented and be helpful with passion of the work
