Job description
· Follow-up and management of events in the life of the employment contract
o Drafting of endorsements, miscellaneous correspondence, employer attestations,
o Drafting of legal correspondence (probationary period, resignation, part-time, maternity and paternity leave, etc.)
o Reporting: monitoring, creation and optimisation
o Monitoring and control of variable elements (control and monitoring in tools, support for managers, reporting, etc.)
· Management of staff entries and exits in our internal management tool
· Creation of personnel files,
· Mail management
· Filing and archive management
· Participation in and preparation of certain internal events and reception during client visits
