Application Developer Experience Engineering Front End

Job description

The IBM Digital practice is looking to hire an experienced front end developer. The qualified candidate will be responsible for development of mobile solutions by working with Product manager, scrum master, architects, developers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include :
·  As part of a product team, understanding user needs, and exploring user-centered designs
·  Specifying, building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting your code
·  Leveraging modern tools and techniques to develop clean, efficient, and reusable code
·  Identifying and addressing design, development, and delivery performance bottlenecks
·  Actively participating in code and design reviews
·  Coaching, educating, and evangelizing front end development best practices
Requirements
·  University graduate with a degree in computer science or equivalent
·  Experience in IT development
·  Experience in working a medium-sized software team, with track record in delivery of complex system development
·  Experience in WebSphere Application Server, J2EE, XML, HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, JSON, PHP, Angular
·  Development experience on Linux, Window, Solaris and Mobile Platforms
·  Knowledge of IBM WebShpere Message Broker, Spring, Cognos, .NET, Adobe Form Designer, Workflow Designer, Adobe Life Cycle, CQ5, and FileNet is an added advantage
·  Experience in performing performance test with tools like Rational Performance Tester is an added advantage
