We are looking to expand our Agile practice and looking to bring on Agile Coaches based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Perth.

As the Agile Coach you will provide ongoing coaching for the project teams, stakeholders and vendors with regard to the Agile principles, practices and roles. Furthermore you will work under direction of the Agile Capability Lead to provide assistance and feedback into the program to help shape the uplifting of the Agile Capability in the region. Your skills in coaching Agile at the team, project and program level in a large organisation is critical to ensure successful delivery of the program of work.
You must have proven experience in working in complex programs of work and can demonstrate the following:

• Coach teams and organisations in Agile concepts, principles, practices and behaviours.
• Support practitioners and projects, identifying areas for improvement, developing improvement plans and working with individuals and teams to implement those improvements
• Perform Agile Iteration Manager / Scrum Master roles for new teams (if required to mentor others).
• Present and support Agile education and training activities as required
• Strong facilitation and communication skills. Utilises facilitation skills to engage and include all team members and encourage a collaborative approach to completing tasks.
• Expertise with the use of Agile project management tools. Ability to assist the team, as needed, to build skills of planning, goal setting, organising and delivering through collaborative effort.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
• Experience of working with distributed teams and vendors
• Able to provide suggestions and guidance when assisting the team with working through blockers, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to mentor and coach at the individual, team and project level.
• Collaborate and leverage contacts in the wider Agile community to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.

Required
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years experience in Agile Coach / Iteration Manager / Scrum Master roles
• At least 3 years experience in agile software development methodologies, values, principles and practices
• At least 3 years experience in coaching, team building and group facilitation
• At least 3 years experience in Scrum, SAFE, DevOps, Kanban, Lean and of Systems Thinking
• Certified in relevant Agile certifications
• English: Fluent
