Job description
IBM Federal is seeking a talented, versatile Agile Business Analyst with active TS/SCI and Full Scope Polygraph for our team in Chantilly, VA. As an Agile Business Analyst, you will be part of an agile team building a set of important cloud services and related APIs, UIs and user capabilities for our government customer. This team has is fast-paced, collaborative, and cohesive, and depends on team members to communicate openly and to design solutions and deliver quality code on a regular, aggressive clip.
In this role, you will work closely with the customer and the Agile development team, and you will be responsible for leading discovery/exploration sessions, capturing end user needs in the form of epics and user stories, and conducting internal product acceptance. You will formulate and define IT systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and mission requirements. In addition, you will work directly with end users to collect requirements and may be involved in demonstrations and training of software applications for end users.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· REQUIRED ON DAY 1: Active TS/SCI security clearance + Full Scope Polygraph
· Demonstrated experience with Agile software development, Scrum, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
· Intermediate or advanced experience using Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
· Self-starter with an ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis skills
· Ability to articulate complex analytic problems, work effectively without detailed instructions, collaborate and ask questions
· Experience presenting to groups and/or facilitating small group meetings
