This role includes the execution of the collection program thru the new ways of work (Agile). People who play this role are accountable to maintain a positive cash position for the Market they support and develop excellent customer relationships. A self-directed profile is required to solve the problems related to open accounts receivable, managing precisely the requirements process / transaction, applying techniques of effective research and fostering customer satisfaction and sales productivity.
Execute the Agile and Accelerate practices defined for accounts receivable, according to the company controls and business objectives.
