Job description

Responsible for IBM zSeries and storage product post sell service

- provide onsite zSeries and storage service for IBM client.
- provide installation services for IBM zSeries/Storage products
- Support to apply microcode upgrade for customers
- Strictly follow the IBM service guideline.
- Cover territory account and win Customer SAT
- Maintain close relationship with customers

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Expect you :

- Bachelor or above degree, preferably majored in computer science or Engineering
- Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
- Good skill in problem determination and solving.
- Strong logical thinking
- Smart in problem analysis and root cause finding
- Experience in products services is preferable.
- Experience in IBM zSeries or Storage is preferable
