Do you want a great career start with HR role? IBM Human Resources is searching an intern supporting to IBM HR- Recruitment Team and HR Operations. The intern will report to Taiwan Human Resources Executive while receive the supervision from the delegated HR Professional. The intern will become the core player to IBM Summer Internship Program, IBM Workforce Diversity events and Leadership Event execution during the summer time. While a fair amount of time will be dedicated to operational and administrative tasks. The intern will have the opportunity to participate in tactical and strategic matters and will join the Human Resources team in the vast majority of meetings and interactions with internal parties.
