Required Technical and Professional Expertise

A application developer need
·  Major in Computer science or related professionals with bachelor degree at least;
·  Hands-on experience in Java development and/or Web Development;
·  Proficient in Java programming, familiar with J2EE system structure;
·  Extensive knowledge of open source framework ,such as Spring, Hibernate;
·  Have a good command of the use of RDB/NoSQL;
·  Understand in the principle and application of the distributed system, message queue and scheduler;
·  Some knowledge with the Internet scale application development model, understand the commonly used caching mechanism (memcached, redis, etc.) is a plus;
·  Steady, practical, a sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, good team cooperation spirit and strong learning ability.
