Job description
· You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotel's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
· You will be required to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to assist the related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.

· Ability to anticipate and react accurately to the needs and feedback of guests - a true listener with empathy who establishes rapport easily.
· Embrace change, able to dissect obstacles with a quick mind, and always optimistically ready with a Plan B .
· Self-driven individual who can organize necessary actions in order to achieve goals (personal, Hotel and Brand).
· Sophisticated individual who carry themselves with appropriate grooming and mannerisms to represent the Hotel and Brand.
· An eye for details and accuracy, good time and task management skills.
· Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
· Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin, with confidence.
· Possess experience with handling mainland Chinese corporations an advantage.
