We are seeking a well-experienced Room Attendant who will be responsible to conduct cleaning duties in the guest rooms and other assigned areas, and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to our customers.

In this role, you will ensure that all areas of the hotel are well-presented and deliver an unmatched level of service that is uniquely Grand Hyatt.

Qualifications :

Ideal candidates must possess the following:

·  Previous experience in Housekeeping within a hotel environment (four or five star hotel experience is preferred) or similar fast-paced, cleaning services environment.
·  A strong attention to detail with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
·  The ability to act consistently with clear ethics and values in accordance to confidentiality.
·  Superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team.
·  The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of 5 star grooming standards
