Develop the loyalty program

Accompany customers in a room,

Give the necessary information to the “Brigade Manager”

Ensure the classification of customer files

Training: BTS tourism or hospitality Experience: internship in Reception in a hotel of same category skills: mastery of English and a second language, knowledge of hotel management, knowing software Opera will be an asset, very good presentation, listening and diplomacy skills
