The Role

Our In Room Dining Team requires a passionate, dedicated and energetic Team Leader to support them in this busy and fast paced environment. You will be responsible for the day to day leadership and supervision of associates and assist the managers in ensuring consistency in quality, handling complains and training and development of new starters.

Ideal candidate profile



Qualifications :

Our ideal candidate will possess:
• Previous experience as a head waiter or team leader in a restaurant/hotel
environment.
• Proven time management skills and is solution focused, with the ability to effectively problem solve.
• Consistently offer professional & friendly service
• Have knowledge of menu items and beverages
• Deliver food & beverage in a timely manner
• Pick up orders and check outgoing orders for quality
• Follow procedures and maintain service standards

• Excellent presentation and grooming
• Proven ability to work autonomously
• Strong communication skills
• Must be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, morning shift and evening shifts
