Hygiene Officer

Job description

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Hygiene Officer will be responsible for verifying that operations are in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards laid down by Hyatt and local authorities.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Food Technology /Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Microbiology from a recognized university or educational institution.

Minimum 2 years work experience in similar role. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
