Host/Hostess – The Dining Room

Job description

· Respond to all forms of guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
· Performs the function of cashier and responsible for Infogenisis cashiering procedures
· Ensure all guests are greeted at the door and escorted to their table
· Reviews reservations and assigns tables ensuring that all requests and preferences are noted and fulfilled
· Cares for, and connects with guests in order to provide a personalised and memorable dining experience through meaningful conversations

· Cares for colleagues and contributes to a positive working environment

· Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  1 year experience in a similar position
·  Knowledge of Respak and Opentable
·  Ability to work a rotational roster
·  Excellent customer service skills
·  Strong written communication skills
·  Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia
·  Current NSW RSA Competency Card
