Job description

You will be responsible for assisting Chef De Cuisine for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Chef De Partie - Western is responsible to assist Chef De Cuisine to ensure the smooth operation of the Western Kitchen.

Desired profile

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years Kitchen work experience as Chef De Partie or Commis in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative, interpersonal skills and Mandarin speaking are a must. .
