Known for its spectacular views on Paris from its guestrooms, as well as its panoramic bar located on the 34th floor, Hyatt Regency Paris-Etoile is a Parisian landmark, directly connected to the Palais des Congrès. Hyatt Regency Paris-Etoile is currently continuing an important renovation designed by George Wong that will end in December 2017.
We are hiring an Event Manager !
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Events team, covering both the convention services functions of the hotel as well as the catering on the Congress Center.
The Event Manager is in charge of large events from 300 guests.
The Event Manager is responsible for producing an outline of the event's needs. This outline includes such details as meeting space, lodging for guests, food and drink accommodations, telecommunications, audio-visual needs, transportation...
The Event Manager is responsible for managing the Event team and actively participating as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals.
Profil recherché
Ideally with a master degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as event Supervisor/ Manager in hotels or Convention Services in large operation. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Fluent in English is required.
