Job description
The Hotel du Louvre, ideally located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, is looking for an Event Intern for 6 months .
As part of your various missions, you will report directly to the Event Manager.
As part of this internship, you will have the following missions, in collaboration with the Event Manager:
- Participation in the promotion and representation to the hotel ensuring the quality of service
- Ensure the good coordination among departments before and during the customer's stay
- Set up and management of events
- Management of group bookings in seminars
- Competition analysis

Qualifications :
Required profile:
- Excellent level in French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- You are organized, dynamic and rigorous
- You have a sense of detail and you are creative
- You manage the software OPERA
- You preferably have already an experience in events or in hospitality
- Bac+2 minimum
