Electrician

Job description

· Execute plans of electrical wiring for well functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems
· Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems
· Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
· Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.
· Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.
· Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
· Identifying faults or hazards.
· Troubleshooting system failures.
· Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures.
· Responding to fault requests.
· Providing suggestions for equipment replacement.
· Writing electrical maintenance reports.
· Installing new electrical appliances in the building.
· Adhering to safety and performance standards.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  1-3 years in Electrician experience
·  Excellent English oral and written skills
·  Ability to handle high volume with attention to detail
·  An ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors
·  Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times
·  Works in a safe, prudent and organized manner
