*The Gustomer Service Manager oversees all aspects of hotel communications including telephone operators, guest request lines, guest room internet access, meeting room internet, network and telephone line orders and maintenance of all hotel communications equipment and expenses.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Gustomer Service Manager is responsible to manage the day-to-day operation of our Communication Center, which covers the hotel's operators, ordertakers and designated guest service officers.
High comfort level dealing with computers and knowledge of internet protocols.
Must have excellent customer service and employee relations skills and be able to manage several different service vendors.
Previous hotel experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years work experience as a Supervisor in a Telephone Department. Well developed communication, telephone and customer relations Skills. Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
Excellent Communication skills. Arabic would be an advantage.
