We are hiring a Communication center Agent !
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
Contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the Communication Center within the Rooms Division.
Profil recherché
Qualifications :
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
Speaking english professionnally is required.
