As Assistant Wellness Manager, you are responsible for the overall management of the Gym & Spa operations. You ensure that the Gym & Spa is consistenly operating to Alila standards and at maximum profitability. You take time to ensure that all members of the Gym & Spa team consistently deliver high quality service to guests.

Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree in sport science, business administration
·  Minimum 2 years experiences in the same positions in 5-star hotel or Wellness Centre
·  Excellent communication and leadership skill
·  Pleasant, presentable and passionate about guest service
·  Interested in Health, Fitness, & Spa
·  Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills (written and verbal)
